AcrylicFabWorks is the export brand of Suzhou Hongyee New Material Co., Ltd., a cast acrylic sheet manufacturer and PMMA fabrication factory operating a 15,000 m² (160,000 sq ft) ISO 9001 site in Suzhou, China since 2014. One in-house line casts Calypto acrylic sheet in 1–30 mm at 135 tonnes per month, and the same site uses 25 machines including a 5-axis CNC machining centre to turn that sheet into precision PMMA parts, enclosures, guards and panels for buyers in over 30 countries. Mitsubishi and Lucite optical-grade PMMA is supplied when an order specifies a branded material.
What we fabricate
Every page below is written for a buyer who already knows the problem and needs a factory that can make the part consistently — batch after batch.
Clear protective housings, dust covers and viewing windows for machinery and automation cells.
CNC-machined and formed safety guarding panels, machined to your frame dimensions.
Machined fascias with precise cutouts, laser engraving, backlighting and fitted fasteners.
Wall cladding, partitions, balustrade infills and curved translucent feature panels.
Illuminated reception desks, lighting diffusers and custom interior features for hotels.
Jigs, fixtures, sight glasses, manifolds and precision machined PMMA parts.
Why procurement teams choose a dedicated acrylic fabrication factory
Same CNC programs, material locked to your part number, and first-article data retained for comparison. Reorder consistency is the compliment we hear most.
A factory — Suzhou Hongyee New Material Co., Ltd., 15,000 m² in Suzhou since 2014. Video walkthroughs and on-site audits are welcome.
Machined parts are annealed as standard before bonding, so seams and edges stay glass-clear for years instead of clouding in months.
±0.1 mm on holes and machined features, ±0.05 mm on critical dimensions on our 5-axis CNC — larger spans to GB/T 1804-2000 (ISO 2768) fine class, with first-article inspection on every new drawing.
Yes. NDA on request; drawings are used only for quoting and production and never shown without written permission.
Within 12 business hours — from an engineer who reviews manufacturability, not a sales bot. DFM feedback is free and often trims cost.
Six processes, one roof
8× 3-axis + 1× 5-axis centers. Pockets, threads, thick block, tight tolerance.
5 CO₂ machines. Flame-polished edges off the beam, volume throughput.
Line bends, cold curves, thermoformed domes and wrap guards.
Near-invisible solvent-welded seams; hardware fitted in-factory.
Diamond, flame and buffing to optically clear edges and faces.
Panels to 3000 × 2000 mm, thick block, crated for export.

How ordering works
STEP, DWG, DXF, PDF — or a dimensioned sketch. No CAD? We draft it.
An engineer reviews manufacturability and flags anything that would craze, crack or cost too much.
Unit price at your quantities, tooling if any, lead time and shipping terms.
A physical first article you approve before production releases.
7 days plus freight — inspected, photographed and crated for export.
Production MOQ is 20 pieces per design or specification. Pre-production samples and one-off prototypes are quoted separately.
Yes. We accept STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF and PDF, and our engineers can also produce a manufacturing drawing from a dimensioned sketch or a sample part you ship to us.
Yes. We export from Suzhou/Shanghai by sea and air, in foam-lined export crates, and serve customers in over 30 countries.
Both cast and extruded PMMA in clear, colored, frosted and light-diffusing grades, 3–100 mm thick. We recommend cast for machining-heavy parts and extruded for economical flat work, and advise per project.
Send dimensions, quantity, material and target date. An engineer replies with a quote or free DFM feedback — no sales bots.
Technical details
Company-declared
One order can cover cast and extruded acrylic sheet, with stock commonly 1-30 mm and fabricated parts 3-100 mm, plus CNC machining, laser cutting, forming, bonding and polishing of finished PMMA and polycarbonate parts.
5-axis CNC machining center cutting a clear custom acrylic part
Acrylic enclosure assembly in the fabrication facility
Manufacturing evidence: the Suzhou factory reports 25 machines including eight 3-axis CNC centers, one 5-axis center, five CO2 laser cutters and in-house forming, bonding and polishing stations across a 15,000 m2 floor.
Reorder consistency is handled on the quality page: first-article data is retained, reorders run on the same CNC programs, and the material grade is locked to the part number.
Technical details
Trial-to-volume works in two steps: a sample is typically ready 48 hours after drawing approval, and production runs start in 7 days for typical CNC parts; complex, bonded, thermoformed, large-format and high-volume orders are evaluated separately.
To quote accurately we need the application, material or grade, thickness, size, quantity, drawing or sketch, destination and target delivery date; our reply lists any missing items and never promises price or lead time automatically.

Three routes cover the main supplier-evaluation questions: compare cast versus extruded PMMA before specifying material, then review the process capability matrix, then verify quality and compliance evidence before preparing the RFQ.
| Choose this when | Do not choose this when | Route |
|---|---|---|
| You need to compare cast and extruded acrylic before locking the material | You already have a locked grade and need fabrication feasibility | /resources/cast-vs-extruded-acrylic/ |
| You need to know which fabrication processes can make your part and their limits | You already know the process and need tolerance or cracking detail | /capabilities/ |
| Your part is CNC-machined and tolerance or cracking risk decides the order | Appearance and optical finish dominate your acceptance criteria | /capabilities/cnc-machining/ |
| Surface finish, A/B faces or optical clarity are your acceptance criteria | You need warranty or lead-time rules instead | /capabilities/polishing/ |
| You need sample-to-production lead times, warranty and claim rules | You are still verifying the factory itself | /how-to-order/ |
| You need to verify the factory, equipment or audit options before ordering | Your only open question is material selection | /about/ |

Cast and extruded PMMA plus polycarbonate. Stock sheet commonly runs 1-30 mm and fabricated parts 3-100 mm; availability depends on grade, colour and source, and the quote states which material was assumed.
We retain first-article data, rerun the same CNC programs and lock the material grade to the part number, so a reorder is inspected against the original first article before release.
For typical CNC parts, samples are ready 48 hours after drawing approval and production runs start in 7 days; complex, bonded, thermoformed, large-format and high-volume orders are quoted with their own schedule.
Yes. We export from Suzhou and Shanghai by air and sea and report buyers in over 30 countries; destination and Incoterm are confirmed at the quote stage.
Yes. One order can cover cast and extruded acrylic sheet, with stock commonly 1-30 mm and fabricated parts 3-100 mm, plus CNC machining, laser cutting, forming, bonding and polishing of finished PMMA and polycarbonate parts. The quote assigns each operation to your part; process figures are company-declared and confirmed against the drawing and first-article inspection.
Check the factory behind the brand: entity, location and equipment are stated on the About page, reorder consistency is covered on the quality page, and warranty terms are quote-specific. First-article data is retained, reorders run on the same CNC programs and the material grade is locked to the part number. Certificate details are supplied on request.
Machined parts are annealed with the cast-acrylic industry-standard schedule to reduce residual stress; specific parameters are confirmed per grade, not published. Annealing reduces but does not eliminate cracking risk, so aggressive solvents, sustained load, fasteners or thermal cycling are reviewed before quoting. Tolerances and service conditions are confirmed per drawing.
